We provide precision CNC milling, CNC turning and specialist EDM wire cutting services for mining, industrial and commercial applications, with a strong focus on quality and reliability.

CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capability includes 4-axis machining and CAD/CAM programming, enabling us to produce accurate, complex components from customer drawings, models and a range of common CAD file formats, including DWG, DXF, STEP and SolidWorks files.

CNC Turning
Our CNC turning capability includes 3- and 4-axis machining for both straightforward and more complex work. We handle individual parts, replacement components and repeat production across a variety of applications, with multi-axis capability allowing additional features to be incorporated efficiently where needed.

EDM Wire Cutting
Overload Machining Services has more than 20 years of experience in EDM wire cutting, having adopted the technology when it was still relatively uncommon.
Since then, wire cutting has become more widely used, but it remains one of our specialist capabilities and an area in which we have built substantial experience.
The process uses a fine electrically charged wire to accurately cut electrically conductive materials, producing intricate profiles, internal features and complex shapes with very high precision.
Wire cutting is particularly suited to hardened materials and components requiring close tolerances, fine detail or geometry that may be difficult to achieve using conventional machining methods.
We can work to tolerances of 0.01 mm where required.
