Our experience spans both manual and CNC machining, supported by CAD/CAM programming and specialist EDM wire cutting capability.

We machine a wide range of materials, including aluminium, stainless steels, exotic duplex stainless steels, engineering plastics such as nylon, and high-tensile materials.

We can work from customer drawings, models and CAD files, and can also assist where further development of a component or design is required. We regularly help customers develop prototypes, refine ideas and turn concepts into components that are ready to manufacture.

We work closely with our customers to find practical ways to get the part made. When timing matters, we understand that too, and where possible we work to meet tight turnaround requirements without compromising quality or accuracy.
